Fabulous location next to cable car and shops, private apartment feel, amazing playroom for kids, friendly and helpful staff, spacious apartments with spectacular balcony view.

I had a wonderful stay at a clean and spacious family room in the charming Alpenhaus character of the hotel. The staff was friendly and spoke English, and the free mountain pass for hiking was a great bonus. The WiFi even streamed Netflix, and the comfy pillows and surprise face towels were a nice touch. I would definitely visit again without a doubt.

Loved the free use of cable cars and local buses, so convenient! The fitness center was a nice touch, although I didn't touch anything. The terrace and bar were perfect for people-watching, while I lazed in the sun with a cocktail.

Too bad the wellness area was "on request" only, who needs relaxation anyway?

Excellent location, close to lifts and apres ski. Great breakfast, large rooms with comfortable beds. Large wellness area with a variety of saunas. Convenient ski rental and ski depot in the same building.

We loved this hotel for its prime location close to the cable cars in the mountains. Breakfast was fantastic with fresh fruits and made-to-order egg options. The hotel facilities were great, including an infrared sauna in the room, gym, and spacious ski depot. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

Great location near lifts and plenty of restaurants nearby. Impressed with the large, modern breakfast room and delicious breakfast options. Ski storage and rental facilities were also very convenient.

Rooms were smaller than expected and lacked some amenities. Wifi had occasional connection issues and temperature controls were not adjustable, leading to a stuffy and uncomfortable room at times.

This place is located in a stunning area, surrounded by beautiful mountains and breathtaking views. The service provided by the housekeeping staff was fantastic, ensuring that the rooms were always clean and tidy. The shops and commercial services nearby made it really convenient to buy any necessary items or souvenirs. I was impressed with the ski equipment hire available here, which meant I didn't have to worry about lugging my own gear. The welcome drink upon arrival was a nice touch, and the room amenities such as the ironing facilities and sitting area added to the overall comfort of the stay. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was also a great bonus.

The hotel is situated in a very beautiful area, nestled between the mountains and incredibly close to the slopes. The convenience of having a sprt shop next door is ideal for making use of the ski-storage facilities, and the breakfast buffet is tremendous. The spacious ski depot has direct access to the shop with ski services and rental offers.

The reception staff could be more welcoming.

Our stay at Garni Alpenjuwel was worth every penny. The room was spacious and well-equipped, with a fantastic view of the mountains. The location was unbeatable, just steps away from the cable car and close to the town center. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

In terms of breakfast selection, it would have been better if there were more variety of options available.

I absolutely loved the warm and cozy atmosphere of this charming hotel. The decoration throughout the hotel was very tasteful and it made me feel right at home. The general areas were beautifully furnished, with comfortable seating areas where I could relax and chat with other guests. The hotel was also very accessible for senior people like myself, with elevators and handrails available in all the necessary areas. It was such a relief to be able to navigate the hotel easily without any trouble.

The only thing I would have asked for a better vacation for senior people is for the staff to be a bit more attentive to our needs. Sometimes it felt like the children working there were too busy to take the time to assist us properly.

Limited help from staff, basic interior décor, and lack of quality kitchen utensils. Initially charged an extra 25%, although resolved after complaining.
